We were impressed by the quality craftsmanship of our Berkeley Home from day one. The Channing was a perfect houseplan for our family; we love all the little “extras” like the tech room off the kitchen and the “secret” room under the stairs. Our kids call it their “clubhouse” and can’t wait to show everyone who visits our home where they hide their toys. We’ve loved our new home so far and are excited to make great memories here for many years to come! Thank you Berkeley!
