St. Jude Dream Home® Giveaway is one of the largest single-event fundraisers for the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital® nationwide! Every year, new homes are raffled off at $100 a ticket. All proceeds go to St. Jude where families never receive a bill for treatment, travel, housing or food — because all a family should worry about is helping their child live.
This is, by far, the highlight of our year! We’ve been fortunate to participate for 10 years in a row and counting. Every year it gets better. In 2019, we were able to to build our first absolutely ZERO cost home which means we were able to give even more to St. Jude.
In 2020, we were named the St. Jude Dream Home Builder of the Year for raising $1.3 million in ticket sales. It’s an honor for Berkeley Building Co. to be recognized amongst 45 builders nationally.
In 2021, we were honored with another Zero Hero award, all thanks to our trade partners for donating their time, labor, materials, or hosting fundraising events to offset the costs to build the home. We were able to raise $1.8 million in ticket sales, in a record-breaking 85 minutes!
In 2022, our Treasure Valley community literally broke the internet. We were able to raise $2.3 million in ticket sales for St. Jude kids. The 2022 Dream Home was one for the record books and award shelf alike. We were proud to bring home to Boise the following awards:

We are so lucky to have the team of contractors, suppliers, and sponsors with their dedicated hearts, joining us to continually raise incredible amounts of additional funds to offset any unavoidable costs. It is not possible without them! Because of their generous efforts, we are all able to say together that every dollar raised goes towards the fight to cure cancer.
We are excited to get underway on the 2023 Dream Home & we cannot wait to see how we can collectively outdo ourselves this year!
